WANTED: Seasoned Medium Term Notes
I represent a buyer that has requested my assistance in locating a source with seasoned medium term notes for sale. The following is a request directly from my buyer.

Quote:

As a result of a failure to perform from one of our sources, I have an immediate need for some additional Seasoned Paper. My group would like to acquired Seasoned 10 Year, 7.5% Interest MTNs or One Year, Zero Coupon BGs, but all from the Top 25 Western European Banks, with the normal exclusions. Our group is seeking paper in the price range of the low 70s, or better and in the amounts of US$50B or more. And, we can handle more than one contract.

My POF comes from Standard Charter Bank, Singapore. I will only provide the RWA Letter and FPA to the brokers, mandates, intermediaries or attorneys. Thereafter, as the buyer, I must be introduced directly to the Selling Principal. If the Selling Principal is real, I will provide him/her with the RWA, POF, Client Info Sheet, etc, along with a copy of the Commercial Agreement that we use for these type of acquisitions.

The POF will be duly issued by the bank and signed by two officers. Further, the POF will state that it can be validated, bank to bank. After I have been introduced to the Selling Principal and AFTER the agreement is signed, the Seller's bank is free to send an MT 799 to the bank issuing the POF and the bank will respond with a full validation and confirmation of the funds being on deposit and being free and clear.

Toby, However, I do not want to hear from the joker brokers that talk about the use of an MT 760 associated with cash funds, as this is just nonsense and the MT 760 has NOTHING to do with cash funds. It is not a proof of funds, blocking of funds, payment of funds or movement of funds. Further more, I do not want to hear from anyone that thinks that the funds must be blocked or reserved for a particular source or transaction, as this is just more of the broker nonsense in this business. And, I am not interested in using a LOI for a contract, as there must be a real, commercial, enforceable contract for this transaction.

Toby, If you can find a real seller with real paper and you can put the seller on the telephone with me, the buyer, then we can transact this business.

Please advise, as soon as possible, as we are trying to correct a situation involving a failure to perform on the part of a nonsense seller.

End of quote.

All agents representing an experienced seller, please enter in direct contact with me at: WinstonLawFirm@aol.com and send me your offer. I will pre-screen the offer to make sure you and your source are real and have the experience in this type of business. If your offer is indeed valid, I will ask you to bring your seller to the phone for a 3 minute telephone interview. If everything is correct, I will release the telephone number of my client DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER and coordinate a PRINCIPAL to PRINCIPAL telephone call. From then on, only the principals will deal with each other without the involvement of the introductory agents. All agents will be paid for their introduction (FPA will be signed by my client). YOU MUST BE ON THE SELL SIDE TO CONFIRM THE VALIDITY OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP with the selling entity.

12-01-06  liam2: Dear SOPH-01;

My buyer is willing to buy a non structured Bond, as long as such are not corporate bonds, sovereign bonds, e.t.c. If bonds are issued by top WEB and interest are not below 6% and you are direct to seller , then i strongly belive we have a deal. I am not a time waster and i do not intend to waste anyones time, my buyer stays on gunnersbury lane london , he gets his bonds via london stock exchange and luxermbourg stock exchange but i approached him in his office and had a full discussion with him and he told me if bonds are non -structred, not corporate or sovereign bonds e.t.c and interest should be no less than 6% then he will grab em.

I hope i can find some serious person who is direct to the seller or the entity selling the bond. I will bring my seller to the table

PLS GIVE FULL DETAILS OF THE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE BOND i.e issuer, amount , price ,interest rate e.t.c...............I might not be the right person to ask for isin and other necessary codes but these have to be provided direct to my buyer at least to convince him to an extent

PLS my buyer is serious and ready to buy he is very considerate and reasonable and not one of those people who stay put with their own procedures, kindly bring down a real offer with termsheet and i bet you we will close this if price is right , instrument exists and is exactly our requirment.

I hope to meet with real sellers and just incase i hope people like NSCGlobal could respond to this.

Have a nice day

05-29-06  Toby Winston: Tony Blair (can't you come up with a more original moniker?), read about Standard Chartered Bank SingaporeIn Singapore, Standard Chartered is a London-based, international bank with significant operations in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.

This may help you educate--before making an ass of--yourself and post stupid and uneducated comments on this forum.
