09-11-07 Ngoc Son: I have Buyer now looking for MTNs issued by Western European or US banks. The face value of MTNs require are US$5B (Five billion), then 10B (Ten Billion) and then 20B (Twenty Billion).

This is serious order !

Payment will be make via UBS (London), Barclays Bank (London) and/or ABN Amro (London).

Client ready to issue LOI together BCL or POF as Seller request prior to go ahead but after agreement signing.
