| Currently I have an small real estate investment firm. We are looking for private monies for two small real estate deals. The first being approximately $3,000,000.00 dollars. The next being approximately $8,000,000.00. The company at this time is not a very liquid company, as we are an up and coming company. However, we do have some personal collateral to offer to hopefully make the loan stronger. To secure a purchase agreement we would need to have a bank guarantee. However, we would not be able to provide any up front fees. All costs would need to be taken out of the loan. We need a very quick closing. |
