Keep your eyes open for REO (Real Estate Owned)packages of non performing assets that people and businesses are looking to sell. We can provide a buyer for either packages of REO’s or pools of non-performing loans that a Client is looking to sell. We can also provide packages for purchase if you know of anyone looking to buy REO packages of non performing real estate assets or non performing loans. My principals has a long standing relationship with the investor and his enterprise. The investor will either buy and hold the REO’s for their own portfolio or act as a clearinghouse and bring in another buyer.
