MillsWise (Monday, May 05, 2008) RESULTS OF A RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY FUNDING GROUP |
|
But how do we become Reliable & Trustworthy? Recently some Jewish Borrowers we are working with (This is a $20M project) checked with the Jewish Chamber of Commerce about our the “hedge fund” and legal team we work with and the Jewish Chamber of Commerce gave the Clients a “strong” recommendation to move forward. Doesn't that make us reliable?
A lot of Clients simply get “cold feet” and want to “think” about things. The fact is, most Clients are not sophisticated enough to perform the necessary due diligence on us and the other parties involved. They always want to speak with “other people” who have successfully funded their projects using this structure. However, we also provide the Clients with “tombstones” of past funded deals, licenses, and everything else a sophisticated Borrower should need to perform due diligence on everyone involved. Sometimes this is simply not enough. The Client is aware of the entire process upon submission and we always have their attorneys review all of the contracts, information, licenses, etc. before they sign anything. Many of the groups we deal with to facilitate this funding process are well known and easily verifiable in Russia and Switzerland. Therefore, Borrowers coming from those areas of the world almost always move forward. With that said, we are keen on working with sophisticated clients who may want to deal with us in regards their project funding. Get in touch with me here: MillsWise@Yahoo.Com |
