That's because "commercial funding specialist" don't always have the time to visit the internet and/or are usually not interested in visiting forums. They only have so much time per day and only prefer to work with people who can bring them "quality projects". Specialized people like them are not always found on the internet, but some people who know where to find them - will find them.

Clue. "chambers of commerce" is one place.

Developing a real good contact isn't as easy as it may appear to be. It has taken me considerable amount of time to get to these "specialist people" who excel in their line of activity. Of course I needed to prove myself and yes I did. Please note you will also need to fill out a lenghty CIS as well. Whew!

They are just not brokers, in fact they are corporations and/or companies. They are commercial funding speakers and contributing writers to various monthly publications both within and outside of the commercial mortgage and finance industry. They also hold several premium memberships in many financial service organization. They provide the Clients with “tombstones” of past funded deals, licenses, and everything else a sophisticated Borrower should need to perform due diligence on everyone involved.

Honestly these people don't manage money. They aren't bankers or advisors. The only way their business grows is by uncovering great funding ideas that no one's writing about. They have several of the most creative and profitable funding structures available and therefore we do not have much, if any, competition.

I guess by now you understand why it is important to deal with "brokers" who are commercial funding specialist and specialist in their line of activity.
