We can provide“cash” for your project. We not only provide you with unencumbered funds that are “free and clear” of any liens or encumbrances, the history of funds will be provided. This is a “Bank to Bank” SWIFT WIRE transaction. More than likely, you will need collateral to cover the interest costs of loan or have an excellent working relationship with your Banker, to cause him to issue the necessary “we hereby confirm letter” that sets our project in motion. Your Banker is obligated for nothing, until we deliver the funds. Banks in general will accept our funds into a Non-Depletion account on your behalf.
