Looking for Chinese Government Bonds

At present, I am looking for either an individual or a corporation holding Chinese Government Bonds. The values I am looking for range from between US$200 Million to US$500 Million. As long as they can be SWIFT confirmed they are acceptable - in this way, they don't have to leave China.

Also a Liberty Bond certificate dated Oct. 10, 1912 in the amount of $500,000,000 signed by the Ministry of Finance for the Republic of China redeemable through HongKong Shanghai Bank with interest, gold bullion insurance certificate 1,500 metric tons, green card and microfilm.

The Blue usualy go for $1200 and up we need them for $1000. They are out there. This buyer has the money. and will get as many as he can find. He wants to buy as much as possible. remember we are looking for the Blue in the $1000 range and the brown close to $200. Also remember he is going to buy in large quantities.
