I apologise for my bad post on Bradynet and various other Internet web sites, which I posted without full understanding. You told me that no business gives instant profit for consulting or license fee, I did not beleive and wanted discounted license fees and sample house - when you did not give me what I want I post false statement under various names on Bradynet about your companies, because I was angry. I am truly sorry for this wrong behaving. Other business partner also made enquiry as I did and he want license and factory, you said that everyone must complete a application first and if application is ok then auditors and attorneys take care of contracts and terms and conditions and you not take payment, only you attorney take payment after contract signed.

After checking the homes manufacturing method and plant I see your license system is a long time business and a very profitabl business, not just paying a fee and get profit. I want to do business with you for factory and license and home building business but now you not want to do business with me because of my bad post about you and 21st Equity.

I see the program for license partner and ownership of factory can be for many partners and is a good thing for many partners and small busines. I wnat factory setup and many agent in my country who can sell for the factory. Can I mail you direct - my email rejected from your email as SPAM and you blocked me on skype too?

To Bradynet guys, 21st Equity Homes, Mr. Schurmann is for real. He refuse to take my payment without me fully understanding the business. We give prospective clients an extensive range of more than 17 detailed corporate brochures, 2 corporate videos and a long list of our reference projects, including invitations for factory visits. If for whatever reasons, anybody keeps “accusing us” with unsubstantial and negative comments we kindly let these kind of “clients” know that we are not interested to do any business with them. Accordingly we refuse to deal with these kinds of people who are simply not qualified to become either a license partner, a client or who have most likely no money and are simply wasting our time! 06-14-08 periwal: I am now sure that this scam company named 21st Equity Homes and plan to collect money from across the world is the brain child of two people named Mr. Stephan Schurmann and Dr. George Smith. The latter acts to present the world as one successful franchise in Maxico with numerous photographs. The registration of the company in Nevada shown to the world proves everything. If I am not wrong Nevada is dominated by Spanish and Mexico origin people. And it is very difficult to get back the money and enforce law there is very well known to US people. Moreover, the certificates are prepared on computer with advanced graphic software. I was interested in the concept but thought of doing due diligence. I called up my relative in US and he did the small work. He simply called him over phone given on the website. There was noone to respond. After continuous 3-4 days try he was able to get this person named Stephen. He immediately found from one sentence that this is a fraud company. He was not good in speaking English and he was a Spanish guy. They had no office but working through mobile phone only. It is for the people to decide if they should give any advance to such con artist. A company having franchise around the world and executed many projects as claimed must have office and staff in big cities. I wanted to know the name and address of the contact person in India but he refused to give on account that I am not a investor. I am sure they don't have anything in India only false claim on website.
