Copper Cathode business chance

I have an offer for genuine business men. I am working as a only legal mandate of Buyer of 8000MT/Month x 12 Copper Cathode in China. We have offer of NON LME Copper Cathode 99.99% @ 4500USD/MT CIF China. The price is accepted but there is a term which seller is not accepting. We requiring the LC Payable after SGS/CIQ at destinition port but seller insisting the LC PAYABLE after sumbiting of complete shipping document at LOADING PORT. The seller also insisting for transferable LC which clears the mater that the seller dont have enough money to do it by himself. He needs the LC Transferable because he will transfer it to the end seller. If any investor is willing to joint hand with me for this business then i have trust that i can motivate the buyer to accept the same copper @ 4900 USD/MT.

China is OFF till 8th of October, celebrating the National day and Autunm Festival. During this time, I hope to find a business partner with whome i can talk in detail and finalize the deal that the buyer will sign the contract immediatly after these holidays. I will send the draft contract which has been furnished after two months work.
