The major problem with the Tax Reform that came out of Congress is that is a bloody mess! The Senate is much more sensitive to Federation disruptions that the Tax War among States was creating.

Leo, we speak two diff. language, first I sold all my Conseco shares and bought a ton of call option March strike 20 at 1$ whenthey started trading, it was only when you or Carib said you will wait till it is 22 to sell, I suggested to take already 2$ now, if one want to speculate on Conseco going to 30, I think the best way to do it is by buying options, why ?, because if they pass a few months without receiving a A rating from Best insurance it could crash, but if they receive it it could go to 30-35, end of the story..

<PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Continuing to set the industry standard for cable modem services, RCN (Nasdaq: RCNC - News) announced today the launch of its latest high-speed Internet service, MegaModem Mach 5(SM). This service will provide customers with up to 5 Mbps of download speed, which is more than 3 times the speed of most competitors' "high speed" offerings at no extra cost.
Customers will now be able to download videos, MP3 music files and other Web-based forms of entertainment in significantly less time than it would take with competitor cable modem or DSL connections."We launched our 3 Mbps modem, MegaModem, over a year ago in response to overwhelming customer demand for higher speed," said David C. McCourt, RCN's Chairman and CEO. "Today I am proud to announce that we are once again raising the bar in the industry by offering MegaModem Mach 5, our 5 Mbps modem. We designed and built our MegaBand(TM) network with the ability to seamlessly add market-leading services to our bundled offerings so that our customers always get the most advanced products available." Mr. McCourt added, "While our competitors are focused on setting rate limits, we are focused on breaking speed records."
On October 15th, existing RCN cable modem customers with speeds currently up to 1.5 Mbps will be upgraded to MegaModem Mach 3(SM), that delivers up to 3 Mbps. All current 3 Mbps customers will be upgraded to MegaModem Mach 5(SM). >

Yes Leo, by my posting was inaccurate. I wrote <above 58>. the actual figure is 61,5 (which is above 58...a lot above) Selling the call @20 is like selling CNO @22 (if price goes up) and getting 2$ per share present (if prices stay below 20).
otherwise you can sell a call @22,5, which is like selling CNO @ 23,75...or getting 1,25$ a share present.
