So, somebody can lease a "million USD" CD for under 125,000 (I may check WALMART if they are cheaper) and put in in Trade. Yeah..... and of course the 125,000 EURO have to be paid upfront for cover some Settlement Fees.
Bullshit!!!! SCAM!!!! and nothing else!!
