There is also a source that can finance you a home even if your credit score is below 620. That's right they are financing homes for families with credit scores as low as FICO 500. All that you need is a small down payment, and verifiable employment. The down payment is so small that it basically adds up to about 3 or 4 mortgage payments made at once. All of this is done in escrow with real attorneys and title companies. They are doing this with limited geographies, but are expanding to a nationwide presence before the end of the year.
