05-23-08  ProjectLender: I do know of a legitimate private platform that will monetize on the instrument. If interested, please email me.

12-06-07  OLC: ezfund let me get this right, you have lenders thatwill lend 400% against an instrumnent that has no secondary market, is not worth the paper it is written on once the primary contract is completed.

The is hyperthetical because you have certainly become the epitome of a Joker Broker with this post.

12-05-07  ezfund: I have 2 lenders that lend against leased instruments. They are private foundations that are able to leverage this in some way. They lend at 200-400% of the instrument's face value over a period of 6-12 months.

07-23-07  OLC: Never ceases to amaze me how people will pay huge sums for leased instruments BEFORE they figure out that they are useless. LEASED INSTRUMENTS Cannot be hypothecated therefore offer no security. They can only be used for balance sheet enhancement which again gives no practicle use for finance, approach you bank with such a scenario and they will wonder why you are trying to trick themm may even pull your current credit lines and tell you to find another banker.

There are companies like London Securities that make a fortune each year by charging people for instruments that cannot be used. It is legal, they will certainly provide the instrument at a cost. The issue is not the legality of the instrument it is the usefullness of it when the purpose of leasing is to raise capital. The supplier knows this will not happen but do they refuse the business - NO.

Do not buy leased instruments, send me 5% and I will give you good advice and save you 5% (Joking)

You can not apply for a Loan against a Bank Instrument that you don't owned. Never be happen in the "real" Banking World.
