Buy/Sell JV
I have two 50B contracts one is for MTNs and the other is for BGs, also I have the exit buyers.

I am looking for a JV partner who will put up 1B and I will split the profits. The transaction will be DVP.

If you are not willing to come forth with a bank letter or tar sheet please don't waste my time.

04-08-08  flipflop: There are scammers on this site that called me and I told them to get lost. My group will cut the MTNs out of RBS and no one that I know of on this site will every tell you which bank the instrument will be cut from however I just told you.

I told the idiots that called me lets have the two banks talk to each other and setup how the transaction will work. Also my bank officer will contact his bank officer and each side can verify each party’s financial position, this takes the scam out of the transaction. And of course the scammers came back on this site and lied because I will not waste my time sending out contracts before I verify ones financial position and that goes both ways. So you scammers out there I will ask all of the honest brokers, mandates and lenders to join up with me and lets start naming these scammers by name and ask BradyNet to block them from this site.

03-30-08  MasterFinancer: Proof of Funds (POF):
POFs are used to provide our clients with evidence that they have unencumbered funds at their disposal. It is important to note that although funds are allocated for a client for a pre-determined time frame, they cannot be withdrawn by the client. POFs are provided within 48 hours of receiving the service fee.

Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC):
Our firm can facilitate the issue of an SBLC to secure a credit line for another party. Our SBLCs are issued by top world banks. SBLCs are not negotiable instruments or to be considered a security. They are used for collateral or asset enhancement purposes only where the Borrower must provide the underlying security and is firstly responsible to the Lending Bank who, in the event of default, will call on the SBLC. SBLCs are provided via MT760 and must be returned unencumbered and free of liens in one year.

Funds Disbursement:
Our firm can issue 1 year non-collateralized, prompt funding as per the following criteria: • Client’s bank agrees to return the loaned funds unencumbered and free of liens in one year at 108% of its face value. The method of delivery is via MT760 and is always Bank-to-Bank.

Note: Our firm does not require the use of any property and/or assets as collateral and we do not require a credit check, asset check, or income check. We can provide this loan within 7 banking days provided the client can pay the service fee and obtain a guarantee of repayment from an AA+ banking institution.
