NCND, Irevocable Pay Order, how a broker can get screwed
Did you know that the irrevocable pay order offers very little, indeed almost no, protection to a broker or agent? (see USCOA Docket No. 95-7461 Bouzo Vs. Citibank as an example)

Did you know that the NCND and Fee protect agreement is unenforceable in International Trade Law?

Do you know the features of UCP600 favorable to the broker?

Do you know which aspects of invoicing in a CIF deal can totally wipe out your entire commission, and leave you personally responsible for hundreds of thousands of dollars in freight charges ?

Do you know where you can find more information?
