Assets Available For Use

We are a Chicago based private firm. We have 70 plus million in government securities and 65 plus million in shares of a private growth fund (audited financial statements, etc.) that we own free, clear, and unencumbered.

We would like to put these assets to work. Is there anyone who could use them in the form of a guarantee or lease?

12-03-09 StockLender: Unless you are transferring title and legal ownership to these assets to the party that is going to use them, they will not be able to do much beyond using them as "show assets" because they would be a leased instruments making them unacceptable as collateral for any kind of loan or true banking transaction.

Your best bet would be to put your assets to work for yourselves by leveraging them for added liquidity that you could then invest in to generate some form of income or ROI.
