09-24-06 AcadiaGroup: You cannot enter a PPP with only $500,000. However, there is someone who lost their collateral provider on another project. They need help covering the escrow fee on their alternative SBLC provider.

They are pretty desperate now and I bet they would pay you a large fee in return for helping them cover the escrow fee. You can charge enough as a fee to enter a PPP. $250,000 escrow fee could return you $10M and their attorney would provide you with a written agreement to cover you.

There are no PPP available for 500K. You could work with registrated Mutual/Hedge Funds as even with REIT in the US or Europe or in the FX Market. It is your choice as also risk.
