Maturity : 12 years.
Min. Face Value : USD 1 Million only. Interest : There is an embedded interest, but itīs not a fixed one. It is linked to an Index. Payable every 3 months. Delivery : On Euroclear ( No physical delivery will follow ).

Sell price : 35+1% fees.

Procedures:

1. Buyer / Investor submits following documents: a) FPA for the 1 % fees.
b) Colour copy of his passport.
c) Proof of Funds for USD 350.000 ( This will enable him to purchase a USD 1 Million Strucutured Note / bond ) .

2. Documents are sent to the Closing Bank in Germany, that will effect Due Diligence on the Buyer.

3. If D.D. is positive, Buyer is invited at the Closing Bank in Germany. There, Buyer will open an account at his own name, transfer the funds to his own account and place a Purchase Order for the Instrument.

4. Instrument is blocked in favour of the Buyer against payment. Buyer receives an official receipt confirming the instrument belongs to him, with all Euroclear access codes.

5. Subsequent tranches, if Buyer so requires, follow the same procedure.
