Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)
Our nation has a huge percentage of Hispanics (or any other minority) with residency problems. Hispanics with no social security number, but have received an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN). The IRS has granted the opportunity to individuals to pay their due taxes and in some banks, the usage of an ITIN is enough to establish a checking account and nothing more. Our bank will work with real estate agents that have clients or individual with or without a social security card (must have an ITIN at least) and wish to purchase a home. We will fund real estate mortgage loans, based on our underwriting procedures(echoing FNMA/FHLMC guidelines). If you are someone with an ITIN or you are a real estate agent with a client using an ITIN; enter in direct contact with me; Tony Cohen-Enriquez at THEAEFOUNDATION@aol.com

Home builders; we also have a home builder division willing to fund your construction projects (residential only).

We are CalHFA / FHA approved.

Best wishes !

Tony Cohen-Enriquez
