10-01-06 sapphirecapital: thats an easy one, there are plenty of shelf companies available who fit the bill, since you have trouble finding one I guess the usual suppiers do not want to deal with you (for whatever reason) so it comes down to a matter of money. Put a local London lawyer and/or account on your research and you will see it is done fast.
