Hotdog (Sunday, October 01, 2006) Can you Deliver? |
|
We are seeking to develop additional relationships with people that can cause a bank or an insurance company to either issue a letter of willingness to issue a new financial instrument which will be used to guarantee principal repayment of an offshore bank loan or can cause an existing financial instrument to be delivered. We are flexible as to who the issuer of the financial instrument is as well as the terms that would be stated therein. We can deal in either Euros or US Dollars. The financial instrument will be used as collateral for a bank loan and pledged and will be at risk for the term of the offshore loan. The pledge of the financial instrument for purposes of the loan transaction is to be non callable so long as interest payments are made. Interest for at least one year to be deducted from closing proceeds and set aside into a separate account to preclude a default from occurring. Based on receipt of the letter of Willingness to issue the guarantee, we will respond through a fiduciary account with a confirmation of funds and will lock in the exact rate of interest and term as well. Settlement to occur after confirmation of all elements of the transaction and will flow through a fiduciary account. The key element of the transaction is the actual delivery of the financial instrument. If the financial instrument is to be newly issued by an issuer with less than an investment grade rating through a subsidiary or correspondent relationship of the issuer, a cut through clause is acceptable by a parent or correspondent holding an investment grade rating. All communications will flow through the fiduciary account and will not be shopped. Personal meetings with the parties authorizing the release of the communications are required. Partial draw downs are acceptable as are a blended menu of guarantees. Since you think you are so good at posting, why not get one of those work at home jobs where you can at least get paid for working on the computer? At least you will be productive instead of wasting your time and energy by posting your crap.
TO THOSE REAL PLAYERS AND VISITORS WHO WANT TO GET RID OF SCAM
Be careful before you send money to this guy, Mayer Etkin.
How a man run his SCAMS? He gives peopole lesson about offshore finance, trade, investments etc. and scams them out of their money in the name of due dilligence, setting up deals, positionting a deal. He claims to be a principal when he has nothing. He is running his scam business form his mother's basement.
All of his postings are to SCAM people for $100,000.00 or more. All of his postings had previously prepared and also posted ,nothing new. He wants money from people different ways. Sometimes he changes the amount from $100,000.00 to other figures. But the same thing SCAM, SCAM , and SCAM.
People who speak against him or his alleged SCAM will become the moron, flakes etc. He calls them with these names. Well anything said against him is an off topic issue and not a good due dilligence according to him.
QUESTION: WHO IS THIS MAN RUNNING THESE KINDS OF SCAM BUSINESS?
ANSWER: MAYER ETKIN.
WHO WILL STOP THIS MAYER ETKIN.
Let's see if you have the balls to accept the challenge? I doubt it as you are great at ignoring the real issues and continue with your false allegations.
As to your claim of "flags". If a flag is raised in the process of professional due diligence, it does not mean that the parties do not move forward, what it does mean is that you deal with the issue that is raised by the flag and then when that issue is dealt with appropriately to the satisfaction of the parties you move on. That's called context of dealing with the total picture and understanding the relationship and relevance of any one issue to the total picture. That's not BS, that's reality, something that you refuse to recognize.
I, Mayer Etkin can be reached at 206-723-9353 or via email at capsol@comcast.net.
Where can this flake, moron, fool, dumbass schmuck and coward known as mtlbroker123, moneybroker123,honestbroker,fund1970,etc. be reached at? Does anybody know?
I know for a fact that the DD flags that your activities have created would kill you from any deal.
As far as a banker engaging their lawyer to read 40 pages on their own dime. Lets hear the one about the tooth fairy instead. Thats more plausible.
You must run from building to building fearful of being struck by lightning.
You're a bullsh*t addict, you smoke you're own supply, and can't tell reality from the tales you tell your potential marks.
You have absolutely no idea of how an offshore bank looks at doing a deal. Do you really think for a moment that they are more concerned with what a dumb ass schmuck like you posts on an internet message board or on the credit worthiness of the issuer of a financial instrument?
Have you ever spoken to a banker offshore? Do you have any idea of what their issues are and what they focus on when they do a due diligence check on a person and or a transaction? Do you even know what the word "due diligence" means or the context in which it is applied?
How about a US banker? Recently a US banker raised the issue of the communications from the State of Washington. I sent him a copy of my 40 page response to the State of Washington dealing with the issues raised in that communication as well as a copy of the draft of the settlement letter that was proposed. He came back to me, said he would refer it to his attorney for his comments and then get back to me. The attorney came back to him and said referring to the banker "you have done a lot worse" That's all the banker needed to hear, end of issue and we moved on to the real issues of a transaction.
Yes, I deal with banks and do so in a professional manner. I listen to them and I am responsive to their needs and design a deal accordingly. That's what a professional does. Why don't you try answering the questions that the Dr.asked? Are you afraid of the truth, that you have nothing of value to contribute to this forum and that you don't know me, know nothing about me, have never met me, have never done business with me, and have never conducted a professional due diligence check on me? Are you afraid of being exposed as the liar that you are?
Unlike you I do not post under multiple identities. I don't have to, I have nothing to hide and I am not a coward like you are. If I am going to make a comment on someone or a topic, I post my real name, my real email address and my real phone number.
Qualified investors and financial professionals are always welcome to call Mayer Etkin at 206-723-9353 or send an email to capsol@comcast.net
With all your professional contacts why are you making a post here? Don't you know, that no real institution would ever deal with a fraudster like yourself. The first DD they do will bring up your past, and they will run for the hills.
You have a track record, not just on broker boards, but with government agencies. That stuff is going to follow you for the rest of your life.
By the way nice posting with that new ID, makes you seem credible... right! you should definitely rent The Sting, you could get some tips.
