I do what I please and I am perfectly able to do so and do it quite well and am not precluded by any court of law anywhere in the world from doing anything.

You continue to make false allegations against me, false claims, and yet provide absolutely no evidence of any kind that can be proven in a court of law.

You claimed that I made a statement that was false concerning a banker. I gave you the opportunity to prove me wrong thorough a legal process. I can show “proof” in a court of law that it is a true statement.

In case you missed it, this is what I said in response to one of your false allegations.

“if you think my comment regarding the US banker is BS. Then here is an opportunity for you to prove it. Why not publicly post who you are, where you can be reached, and a physical street address where you can be served legal papers. As a process of mutual discovery as a result of that legal process, you can ask me the question, "who is the banker?" In this particular case, I would call that banker up and ask him to produce a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury attesting to the fact of what I said. Despite the fact that we have a mutual confidentiality agreement in place (the banker and I) we would each give a waiver to that agreement to enable the sworn affidavit to be produced before the court with the stipulation that the sworn affidavit under federal rules of civil procedure be sealed in the records of the court and you of course would have to agree to maintain the confidentiality of the knowledge and contents of the sworn affidavit.

Let's see if you have the balls to accept the challenge? I doubt it as you are great at ignoring the real issues and continue with your false allegations.

If you are innocent. Prove it. No agreements, no bull*hit, just show that you have been found innocent, the gov't has apologized and you can do what you please.

Of course -- there will be no disclosure as you are still as fraudulent as the day you were convicted.

The fact of the matter is very simple. The state of Washington in their communication to me raised some issues, I responded to those issues in a detailed 40 page response. After they read my response, they agreed that no securities violation occurred, and that is why they offered me a letter that would state that I neither admit nor deny that any securities violation occurred. You claimed that you have spoken with the State. If you had done that, then why not call the person you spoke with and ask them specifically what thier response was to my response and they you will know the truth.

No one in this forum has ever asked you to continually post your fraudulent misrepresentations about me, your false allegations and your false claims. This forum is not about me or what I have said on an internet posting.

Thus far he denies ANY wrong doing, and claims that the government apologized to him, gave him carte blanche, and that he's the best guy in the world.

Can we close the matter now? The man is a broker, never said anything else, tries his hand in areas he believes he has knowledge and contacts and is posting his coordinates , whereabouts etc all over the net. He is neither hidding nor is there a criminal proceeding following the 2001 order in the ste he is living. His living arrangements are his personal decicion and may have reasons which are private and should be none of your business.

Anyone who wants to do business with him can do the research and the investment of time to do so is normally always necessary if you have good common sense.

I can neither endorse nor negate anything about him because I neither know him nor do I have a business relation ship. The above quotes and links are public knowledge. I can understand a man getting into discussions with a government agency in 2001 is anoyed to have it brought up constantly and I can understand a man answering to all the kind of allegations and rude words you are posting. I can not understand a man throwing dirt without facts and origin of the facts he quotes.
