Has anyone dealt with these guys

I am trying to find out some info about the following guys:

1. Mr. GERINO V. TACTAQUIN, Passport No.: SS 0788710 (PHILS.) claims to be a mandate for sale of 5000 Mt of gold bars in UBS, Zurich.

2. Mr. MEDHAT MOHAMED SAYED ZEIN EL DIN, from Egypt, who admittedly harvested mail ID from this borad and sent out spam mails.

Any info will be appreciated
