GUARANTEED PROJECT FUNDING WORLDWIDE
If you are wondering how? I can explain.

The funding structure is brought to by very senior “Securities Technical Experts”.

Each loan we make is backed by a Guaranteed Investment Contract. This contract is insured by US Government Treasury bonds. The Guaranteed Investment Contract means that we are protected from any losses on the loan.

For us to consider an application for this funding structure, we will need to see a three page project summary for our review, consisting of project details, project information and history, loan amount required in US dollars, a detailed use of funds summary. The underwriting/legal team after evaluating the project proposals confirms viability; the borrower will need to pay an insurance fee to insurance the loan from any loss. The insurance fees are:

Provide an insurance fee of:
• $10,000 for loans from $10 million to $19.9 million • $25,000 for loans from $20 to $49.9 million • $50,000 for loans from $50 million to $99 million • $100,000 for loans over $100 million

Typically a loan of this kind has closed in 30-45 days.

While I’m willing to set up a conference call to discuss the process in detail. I will only like to speak to people who have submitted their project proposal to me at this email ID: FundNopolis@Gmail.Com
