06-16-09 ATFSLLC: Leasing a BG (Bank Guarantee) or an SBLC can only be successful if you have already a relationship with your own bank and that they understand the nature of a leased transaction. If you do not have such relationship, leasing an SBLC or a BG can potentially be a risky endeavor. There are several factors that you must take into consideration, one is that your bank must be willing to undertake to return the instrument free and clear at the end of the term, which is usually about a year or so. Second factor is that you must already have a credit line or facility to pay for the lease cost. Thirdly, you must also pay what they call an "option" fee, which usually range from 20K euros all the way up to 250K euros (depending on the provider). When we first got into this "alternative" financing two years ago in 2007, we were mis-informed by the brokers who sold us this service. They said "yes, pay XX amount, and you will get hundreds of millions of dollars". Well, we fell for it, and lost a lot of money. But that was the past, and we've learned from our mistakes. Fast forward to today, we have established our own relationships with the guarantee-issuing banks (which are A-rated banks), as well as the discounting banks (we have a B-rated and A-rated bank that we work with now). With determination and perseverance, we were able to accomplish very few were able to: Project Funding via Private Banking and cash-leveraging (using SBLC'S). If you are a project developer (whether it be acquisition & development, energy, film, real estate, technology, new start ups, etc... the only projects our banks will not accept are Casino and non-profit projects) and in the market for a one-stop-shop funding solution, feel free to contact us at atfsllc@gmail.com. The only requirements from our banks are two things: The first is that you MUST have a viable project and that you have ALL of your paperwork in order such as an executive summary and business plan, 3-5 years pro-forma, quarterly breakdown use of funds, articles of incorporation, principals' bios, etc. The second requirement is that you must have cash on hand of at least one to five percent (recently we've been able to assist a business owner who could only afford 20K USD to get his funding on his aviation project). Banks simply will not deal with what they call "dreamers", those who come to the table with empty pockets and expects to get millions of dollars using other people's money or instruments. 11-02-04 abralee: Sir, we need to hear from you urgently. We are ready to lease the BG/SBLC for about US$100,M and the following is our conditions to close the deal:

We need at least ISIN- or CUSIP numbers to start the transaction. Only on EUROCLEAR with ISIN Number. Nothing else is possible. Our Investment programs are running at WestLB Duesseldorf, Helaba Frankfurt and Lloyds bank in Bremen, Germany. The volume is open, but it will be fine to have a test tranche of 50 up to 100 M, then we can increase. We can do a lease/buy contract.

Then the bank instrument has to be issued and registered. After registration and verification of the bank instrument there can come the bank endorsed payment order.

Then the transfer to our bank shall happen, credit line will be opened and lease payment will be effected.

All those points have to follow international bank regulations, also from the time frame

That means that the bank gives the timing. If the bank needs for verification of the SWIFT and for opening the credit line 5 banking days the leasing fee can only be paid after five banking days (for example).

NO ADVANCE PAYMENT WILL BE DONE! NOT ONE PENNY!

We need to receive the full text of the SL/C or BG (preferably) , and the name and location of the issuing Bank (must be a prime , top 25) . 2. The BG must be issued by a prime world Bank (top 25) , and will be checked Bank to Bank.

3.Please remember that we operate directly with the Trader (no intermediaries in the middle) . This Trader will meet directly with the Investor ONLY AFTER DUE DILIGENCE , i.e. after we have forwarded full name and particulars of the investor (+ clear and enlarged passport copy) and COPY OF BG .

4.The Trader will execute due diligence both on the funds and on the investor , together with the US monetary authorities (Federal Reserve) . This takes only a few days , but is very serious : only clean persons and clean funds will be accepted . Obviously , the BG must be backed by funds clean and clear in the Bank . If the Investor is the owner of such funds , it is advisable (and much easier) that the Bank delivers a normal Proof of Funds (rather than BG). I can send you a draft if need be .

Anyway, the funds will stay in the Account of the Investor, in his Bank (if reputable Bank, preferably top 25 world, with some exlusions due to political situations).

Nobody will be allowed to touch or move or hypothecate these funds. No double signature, no JV .
