CONSTRUCTION LOANS - $10 MILLION AND ABOVE

My principals are committed to developing new product offerings. I am glad to mention that now commercial real estate developers can avail "Pre-Development Capital" for the purpose of design and engineer projects (projects generally cannot obtain equity and construction financing until certain studies and design are complete) including architecture, engineering, sales and marketing, etc.

With that said, we do both "Pre-Development Capital" and "Construction Financing and the Equity".
