Need $32M 50% LTV for Short Term (45 to 60 Days)

We need $32M loan for a short term (45 to 60 days). Loan is to be secured against property in the US and in first Lien position. Willing to pay up to 5% in points as long as we can close fast. Appraisal, summary, financials, etc are all availabe and completed. Direct Hard Money Lenders, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, or private money lenders only please ( NO BROKERS)

I am not anger but my intention is that even "new" members and/or newcomers have to be informed from the first minute if they are working in Chain or as JB. Maybe from time to time i am a little bit "rude" but i think i have to be and let these people know to "learn" first about the Business (I personal need over more than 5 years and not stopping to learn) or/and using other members knowledge and/or use Search Tools before they post anything.

As far as you know. After a "click" you are not able to change anything and as Poster you have to have included to received some rude comments if their message/offer is a nonsense or fraudulent.

07-31-08 XGemini: I am a residential mortgage broker and have no idea of any commercial lender who could fund this. If you know of any, I would greatly appreciate the help. Maybe we can work something out to compensate you as well.

07-31-08 STBS: If you want that any direct Lender/Investor will offer you the loan why do you not contact them directly or do you think that a Hedge Fund Manager will visiting this "nice" Forum to search for new Investment Oppertunities?
