Financial market research company IDEAglobal.com today announces its purchase of Emerging Market bond portal BradyNet. The transaction, a mix of cash and stock sees IDEAglobal.com gain 100% ownership of BradyNet.

Established in 1995, BradyNet is a leading Emerging Market bond portal offering interactive bond-specific chat forums, research and news. In addition, subscribers can access BradyNet's database of live hard-to-find prices of Emerging Market bonds, with portfolio tracking and analytical tools. In the early part of this year BradyNet launched country-specific modules in Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, and Ecuador. BradyNet currently has a registered user base of 8,500 comprising institutional and retail investors.
